Disco Deviance :: Do It Nice And Easy With Love :: GW Edit

Disco Deviance :: Do It Nice And Easy With Love :: GW Edit

Fusing Eddie Drennon’s ‘Do It Nice & Easy’ with the still sensational sounding vocals of Donna Summer’s ‘Love To Love You Baby’ the result is an amazingly sensual melt of disco and funk. Meanwhile on the flip is Touchdown’s ‘Ease Your Mind’, a huge track on the specialist black scene in the early-80's. With its fascinating blend of jazz-funk sensibilities and disco vibes it has been reworked into an extended version, fully utilising the electrofunk flavour of the Arthur Baker / Cosmo Wyatt remix, and incorporating an exhilarating latin interlude from the 'Ritmo Suave' variant. It’s a perfectly balanced and eclectic dance package straight out of the GW vaults to celebrate Disco Deviance reaching its 10th release. We hope you have enjoyed the ten stages on the journey so far and are looking forward to the road ahead. Enjoy the music!
