Milton Jackson :: Ghosts In My Machine

Milton Jackson :: Ghosts In My Machine

Freerange flies in the face of adversity to bring you its 100th release! To celebrate the label has put together a beautiful two-part release showcasing a collection of brand new tracks from some of their regular Freerange producers. Here on Part One you have 3 tracks from Milton Jackson, Square One and Manuel Tur. All 3 have pulled out all the stops to come up with some proper high quality chunky deep electronic house that will definitely be getting plenty of plays from all over the place. Milton kicks off with his devastatingly simple and effective track entitled 'Ghosts In My Machines'. In Freerange's opinion its his strongest track to date and has already been causing tremors from early DJ spins from the Freerange DJs. This is what house is about - stripped back, jacking, raw, simple and rolling grooves with hooky stabs and killer drops. Square Ones 'Twilight' takes things in a more late night, heads down electronic direction with disco drums and deep atmospheric twists and turns. Moody but very funky. Finally, Freeranges boy wonder Manuel Tur turns in an epic beauty entitled 'Boxed Rivers' which sees him drop the pace for an end of night heart wrencher, laden as it is with soaring strings, panning arpeggiations and enveloping sub bass.
